Career Guidance

Peace for parents consulting

If the rows of desks surrounded by walls of blackboards could talk, you would hear them echoing the accolades of schools serving their communities with pride. Children who have walked the corridors and made their way to classrooms are now men and women who are strong pillars of society. As they journey through life leaving their footprints behind, do they understand the magical, mystical experience of school with life.

At Peace for Parents Consulting we are honoured to work with schools that uphold the vision of connecting students to  their inner most wisdom  and encouraging them to fashion their own innermost truth. We consider everything that is needed for students to make informed decision about their subject choices and career aspirations. It is through this holistic approach that we enable students to discover more about who they are and how these factors play a role in determining the careers  best suited for them.

Using  psychometric tests more accurately termed  “psychometric assessment”, we  measure an individual’s  strengths and weaknesses  to determine employment suitability with reference to potential career paths. Through psychometric assessments students can gain an accurate idea of their behavioural/personality style, skills, knowledge and cognitive abilities. A Psychometric test or assessment allows a career counsellor to predict which career path a student is most suited to, based on the objective data collected during this kind of career testing.

Working  with children of all ages for the past 27 years ,understanding their  fears and anxiety  is  what makes my work so rewarding .It Is  understanding every child is born with  purpose and like a magician introducing  him or her to  their most beautiful self and Its most rewarding to  see the peace and comfort on the faces of parents knowing their children have found their direction and the road ahead is clear and bright .
